From the moment I walked in everyone was welcoming and helped to get to where I want. Service advisor Connor was very patient and detailed in explaining options for my service. He did not just through in numbers for a higher bill….. great guy to work with. Front office personnel were very welcoming and helpful too. Parts department…… simply everyone there just makes you feel you are at home and doing the best of your interest. Love the place and the experience & New port Jaguar

I recently bought a vehicle from Newport Beach Jaguar and they were amazing! Every member of the team that I interacted with were welcoming, knowledgable, professional, and friendly! I also love that I didn't feel pressured. It started when from when I walked in and met my Sales Consultant (Alan) and kept going. If you're in the market for a Jaguar or Range Rover, this is your place. I'll definitely be back to buy again.

Beautiful car and wife loves it! The sales process started off with a few bumps related to miscommunication between the sales team members, but when the GM Rob Bennett got involved, it was smooth sailing and transparency from there on out. Could not be happier with Rob and his desire to create relationships, not just sell cars. The cars are amazing, but service is just as important, and Rob gets it. He is a big part of the reason I will remain a loyal Rover and Jaguar owner for years to come.
