Have been a service customer at this dealership for nearly 15 years and have wanted to purchase a new vehicle there in the past but price drove me elsewhere. That was under the previous ownership. Was in the market this past month and decided to try again. Was curious to find out what the experience would be like post covid-based shortages and was surprised to find out that things are getting back to what they used to be. We knew the type of car we needed and shopped other brands and dealers in the Hagerstown area. I have owned two Subaru vehicles in the past and felt secure in including the brand in this search. When we arrived at Sheehy, we were contacted on the lot by Maria. Was impressed by her product knowledge, demeanor, and the fact that she listened to our needs and wants and didn't put any pressure on us to make a quick decision. After doing some more research, we called back to schedule a test drive and were happy with the results. We went into some negotiations for the car, knowing what we could spend, how we would pay, and what we needed to get for our trade-in. Max (the sales manager) worked with us to arrive at a price we could afford. We bought the car and were again impressed with Maria; she provided a another 'get to know' test drive to make sure we were still happy, introduced us to the features of the car in a way that helped us remember what the car (especially the electronics) could do for us, and made us feel warmly welcomed into the Sheehy family. All in all, a great experience front to back. Thanks to Maria, Max, and to Daniel in F&I for all you did for us. It was a pleasure and I will be back someday for another Subaru. (The new store is first-rate as well, didn't make it to service yet though we were offered an introduction).

My experience was really nice. It was an exciting day for me to get a new car but it was also a really sad day because in the middle of talking about the car I got a call that my best friend of 22 years passed away! Everyone was so nice and understanding. They offered us pizza because we hadn't eaten all day! Ty our salesman was the sweetest and best salesman I've met in along time! He was very patient and knowledgeable!

Manny was extremely helpful and very patient. My buying experience extended to almost 3 weeks because of a tricky trade in, yet Manny provided consistent polite service throughout. At one point even while sick! I can say the same for the whole sales team.

The service department at Sheehy Subaru Hagerstown is top notch. Always friendly, professional and great communicating the needs of my car, including future recommendations. Thankful I purchased an Outback from a dealership that I am comfortable with having their service personnel take care of me.
