Best car buying experience in 40 years! I've bought many cars and have had many different experiences. Because of that I, and many others, dread going to car dealerships to purchase a vehicle. Sheehy Subaru in Hagerstown was definitely and exception to all those bad experiences. I went with my daughter to buy her 1st new car. Her heart was set on a Subaru Impreza, and it had to be silver. After much research and searching we used a buying service which spit out a price and dealer that had the exact car she wanted. We were contacted by Manny Luzurianga our assigned salesman and set up an appointment. She had previously test-driving the Impreza so we were there to purchase and we let Manny know that in advance. We arrived at 4pm and by 6pm we were out the door with the keys!! The buying service was too good to be true and we were not very optimistic about actually getting that price. However, Sheehy honored the buying service price w/o question. There was no haggle, no "let me take that to my manager" etc. They put the paper in front of us just as we were hoping. Done deal. Manny was a very personable young man and genuine. Sales people can always turn on the charm to sell a car. Manny was just an all around good guy and a perfect salesman. So then came the dreaded Finance/Paperwork. This is where the wheels usually fall off the bus when buying a car. We met with a young woman named Kat Powell. We allowed her to explain all of our "add-on" warranty options etc. We were on a very tight budget, politely declined, and w/o hesitation she moved along. Before we met with her she did a good amount of inquiring and found a car loan rate directly from Subaru that beat our pre-approved credit union rate by 1.5% We signed all the paperwork electronically on a very state-of-the-art system. No need for a ton of paper to walk away with. Big shout outs to Kat, and especially to Manny for respecting our time and making my daughter's first new car purchase a great one! Should the need arise for a new Subaru in the future we will definitely return and ask for them.

My wife is a new comer to America. We needed an all-wheel drive car, so we tried out the Subaru Impreza. My wife really like this car. Shelley Subaru of Hagerstown put us in a nicer car just for a little bit more money over what other dealerships wanted for less of a model.

First experience and one of the best experiences for recall work for a Subaru and miscellaneous work that needed to be fixed. Great workplace environment for the employees and made my experience awesome. From beginning to end was about 4 hours. Beverages and food was graciously provided for people waiting. Also I heard they have a shuttle service. So I may try that next time.

My first six months VIP maintenance check on my 2017 Forester. Oil change, tire rotation and inspection. The team was very friendly and efficient. My sales person Manny came by to say hello and check to see if I needed anything, (great person and very knowledgeable). If you're looking for a vehicle stop in and see Manny. I love my Subaru!

Zero pressure sales. Super friendly and accommodating. Daniel (finance) took the time to explain everything in detail. He was a true expert and pro. Kara (our sales person) was awesome. She answered questions before I had them. She knew the car backwards and forwards. We had no plan on buying a car when we walked in at 6. We drove off in our new car at 10pm. Everyone who had to stay to help us through, were cheerful even though it took so long to get it done. They went above and beyond to get us in our new Outback (which is the nicest car I’ve ever owned) I am more than pleased with every interaction we had. If I had to buy another car tomorrow, I’d go right back. They all worked great as a team. We drove home with no questions left. They answered everything before we even asked. I’m happy and satisfied 100%
