Everyone was great, Mike, Emma and the tech Jacob were so thorough, even noticing how well I try to take care of the care. I didn’t have an appointment but they fit me in and had it done so fast! Always super friendly and helpful! Even the sales department was friendly as I waited for my oil change taking a minute to say hello in between helping guest on the last day of the month.

My first six months VIP maintenance check on my 2017 Forester. Oil change, tire rotation and inspection. The team was very friendly and efficient. Zero pressure sales. Super friendly and accommodating. Daniel (finance) took the time to explain everything in detail. He was a true expert and pro. Kara (our sales person) was awesome. She answered questions before I had them. She knew the car backwards and forwards. We had no plan on buying a car when we walked in at 6. We drove off in our new car at 10pm. Everyone who had to stay to help us through, were cheerful even though it took so long to get it done. They went above and beyond to get us in our new Outback (which is the nicest car I’ve ever owned) I am more than pleased with every interaction we had. If I had to buy another car tomorrow, I’d go right back. They all worked great as a team. We drove home with no questions left. They answered everything before we even asked. I’m happy and satisfied 100%

Truly amazing group of people. Even after I declined a deal, this team worked continuously in the background to get me into the vehicle I so desperately wanted. 10/10 recommend. They went above and beyond for me and made the entire process very very simple. Manny was awesome at showing the vehicle without applying any pressure during the test drive. Roberto worked tirelessly in the background to provide superior support for me. Kate made signing simple and very straightforward. I was not pressured into any additional add ons and got a great tour of the facility. And finally, Tabitha showed me all the ins and outs of the outback wilderness and offered 24/7 support should i need it at any time.
