My experience was really nice. It was an exciting day for me to get a new car but it was also a really sad day because in the middle of talking about the car I got a call that my best friend of 22 years passed away! Everyone was so nice and understanding. They offered us pizza because we hadn't eaten all day! Ty our salesman was the sweetest and best salesman I've met in along time! He was very patient and knowledgeable!

Same day scheduling for diagnostics and repairs complete the following day. The complimentary overall inspection found a rear tire that was worn on the inside and very unsafe. Glad to get everything checked out and addressed before our daughter took the car back to college. I loved the video of the inspection and explanation of the repairs needed. Our service advisor Jessica was wonderful.

Keedon was absolutely amazing!! If I could give more stars, I would! He really looked out for the best fit for me with my budget in my mind! And Daniel in the financing department was so patient and accommodating to everything! Highly, highly recommend at least taking a stop in the car journey here, as they will take care of you!

We just left Sheehy Subaru, and they were phenomenal. Despite the fact that we took many weeks to decide on the car, they were patient and not pushy. Tysheem was fantastic to work with and communicated/answered questions quickly, as did management. Also, management worked with us to be sure we were comfortable with the deal we were getting. While waiting, I noticed a guy in the service department speaking with an elderly lady. She mentioned something about taking care of her home after a fire. He asked her if she was getting assistance and if she needed anything. He waited in the rain while she got in the car. It was genuine and says a lot about who they hire. Each employee we came in contact with was not just professional but smiling and easy to speak with. Overall, it was one of the best experiences we've had buying a car. HIGHLY recommend!!!
