Truly amazing group of people. Even after I declined a deal, this team worked continuously in the background to get me into the vehicle I so desperately wanted. 10/10 recommend. They went above and beyond for me and made the entire process very very simple. Manny was awesome at showing the vehicle without applying any pressure during the test drive. Roberto worked tirelessly in the background to provide superior support for me. Kate made signing simple and very straightforward. I was not pressured into any additional add ons and got a great tour of the facility. And finally, Tabitha showed me all the ins and outs of the outback wilderness and offered 24/7 support should i need it at any time. Amazing team, I’ve never been that supportive and happy with a vehicle purchase! We will be back and excited to work with this team when we’re ready to make another purchase. My entire experience at this Subaru location was phenomenal. I originally started off with an online inquiry, in which the sales consultant Devante Moore was proactive in reaching out and preparing for my visit. The staff was welcoming and supportive from the sales team to the finance manager . I appreciated the team’s transparency and commitment to streamlining my experience. I've only had my 2023 Outback since December. I love it! However, what I love best is the maintenance service on this vehicle. Especially noteworthy is the excellent communications, from easy use of the Subaru App, or in communication via text messaging and phone. Compliments also to Jessica from the service department for being so helpful!

My experience was really nice. It was an exciting day for me to get a new car but it was also a really sad day because in the middle of talking about the car I got a call that my best friend of 22 years passed away! Everyone was so nice and understanding. They offered us pizza because we hadn't eaten all day! Ty our salesman was the sweetest and best salesman I've met in along time! He was very patient and knowledgeable!
