The work was fine and they provided me a car because they could not fix the radio in a timely manner. The only disappointment is they offered me a free car wash when I checked it in and had in their possession for over five days and when I picked up my car, it was not washed. All the service department guys are very nice and professional though. I am sure if I said something about it not being washed they would have had it handled, but I was ready to get home.

Erik was very kind and answered all my questions. He was very timely but thorough with the process. Upon arrival we were greeted by all of the employees and immediately taken to the car that I wanted to see. Erik listened to all of the wants and needs I had for a vehicle tailored my options to those needs.
