My overall experience was fantastic. Brock was by far the best car salesman I have ever had. He went above and beyond answering my questions and making sure we felt comfortable in our decision. He as well as the other staff members at the Cleveland Tn dealership, made us feel welcome and they negotiated a fair price on both my trade in and car being purchased. They searched for the exact car we were looking for and ended up finding it approximately 150 miles away. Brock drove down and picked it up and brought our car back. I felt like my wife and I made some new friends on this journey. I highly recommend visiting them the next time you are in need of a sweet ride. You will not be disappointed.

I purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sport via internet sales as I purchased from out of state, whole experience has been great. Jason, Alex and Meagan were very helpful with everything. No pressure sales during the process and when I flew in to Chattanooga Alex picked me up from my motel in the morning I picked up my Wrangler (Saturday May 27th). We had a great experience with the service department at Mtn View Nissan. Truly it restored my view of using dealership based mechanics. Angel, the service manager was very helpful and responsive to questions and concerns we had. We felt that she , and thus Nissan cared about our situation . The service department thought outside of the box and was able to address an issue that our mechanic had missed because he was not an expert on Nissan products like the service department in. They saved us a ton of money by figuring out the correct problem! We are very grateful and plan on returning for future issues with our vehicle.

Jeremy was patient with us and found a car that met my specifications. Then, I realized that was not the car I wanted. He showed us several models and then found the perfect car! He drove down to Dalton to pick it up. Doug Grammer helped set up the appointment and was very helpful in deciding on a Nissan. Everyone was amiable. The finance person, whose name escapes me, was very patient and answered all our questions.
