Justin, Dylan and Tony were great to work with. Although they did not have the truck with the options I was wanting, Dylan asked me to test drive a similar vehicle and while I was test driving he found me the truck with the options I was wanting at one of their sister dealerships, he quoted me a fair price which I accepted, he went and picked up the truck from the other dealership and in a short time I had the truck I was wanting. Great customer service on top of a pleasant buying experience all around.

We looked at this car in Dalton and asked our Cleveland dealership to get it for us. They went above and beyond to make us the same deal. I had totaled my 2019 Nissan Altima Platinum and was still in pretty bad shape so it was not a good situation. I’m sorry I can’t remember names but the girl from online was phenomenal! She followed every step of the way. The salesman went in the pouring rain and picked up the car and brought it to us. It took some time but I am extremely happy with my 2022 Nissan Altima SV. I miss a few of the luxury things the Platinum had but we were not planning to buy a car so we had to get something we could afford at this time since we didn’t have a trade in. I had a 2015 SV and loved it so this feels very comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Mountain View Nissan Cleveland. I was in the worst mood and they were so tolerant of me but my husband is always my buffer. I know I really upset one of the staff there. He may never be the same! My dark side was certainly in full view! Thank you to everyone! And I have to add the service department is the bomb! They are always accommodating and efficient!

Looked at used vehicles online and made an appointment to see one. The vehicle was sitting by the front door when I arrived. Ashley was very knowledgeable about the used vehicle and was able to answer all of the questions I had. The whole process of buying a vehicle was the best experience I have ever had. I would recommend Ashley as the salesperson and Mtn View Nissan of Cleveland as the car dealership to get your next vehicle from.

I entered the service area to find out what to do since it was my first service. I was given a bay to pull into. When I pulled up, someone pulled into that bay and then another car pulled up next to me and I wasn't sure what to do so I just sat there. A woman came and waved me in thankfully. The wait was over and hour. I wasn't expecting that. I got a text explaining what was recommended with two things that had to be paid for (I needed an oil change). No one came to explain the sheet to me. (I guess I should've asked, but it was my first service so I just wasn't sure on the whole thing.) And I never got any notification for the 1000 mile check or the oil change when I was told I would get reminders about these services. I guess for buying my first new car and getting a warranty for service, I just had higher expectations.
