It was my first time buying a car out of state and they made the process very easy for me! I was working with salesman Alex Hamby and he was excellent at answering questions and working with me on price. We were able to work the whole deal out over the phone/text. I was so glad I didn't have to do the typical hours long song and dance like at most other dealerships and they never tried to pressure me to come into the store before the deal was made. He even picked me up from the airport when I flew in to sign the paper work and pick up the car. He was a true professional through and through. The rest of the employees I interreacted with, like Nacho the finance manager, were also very pleasant to work with and we had a good conversation about the local area and he offered several food recs I'll have to try if I'm back in the area. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to anyone who asked!

Highly recommend going to see Gina at Mtn. View Nissan of Cleveland! She doesn't bug you with calls and texts every single day like other dealerships do. Gina was honest and knowledgeable of the vehicles, and I felt comfortable telling her if I didn't like something about the vehicles. All of the employees here were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. They can work with not-so-perfect credit scores and still get you in a nice vehicle around your price range!

Service Advisor, Jennifer Duvall, did a great job keeping me informed with the work needed on my ‘21 Titan. Nissan stands by their product and fixed my issue under warranty with no questions asked. Also, they washed my truck before I picked it up! Great and quick service.

We had a great car buying experience at Mt. View! Jeremy and Kevin greeted us and invited us in so they could find out what we were looking for specifically. They pulled the cars up that interested us so we didn't have to walk the entire lot :) We then met Dillon at Closing and he was super friendly and personable!
