I went and got an oil change and tire rotation and the 5 point inspection. Well a few days later I notice a strong smell of exhaust coming from my air vents when I turned the air unit on I called to ask them to double check to see if they might of not hooked something back up correctly the said I could pay 100 for a diagnostic test. I was not happy because my car didn't do this when I brought it in but now after I took it to them this happened I'm not happy that they want to charge me more money on top of that they didnt put my oil cap back on and i notice some brackets broken on my air filter housing that weren't broken before. UPDATE 02/19/2024: Michael from Nissan reached out to me about my issue and told me to bring in my car. He was very kind and understanding to my issues they immediately fix the problems that this caused so I am very thankful. Because like most of us we are on a budget and can't afford repair cost so him and the man over service worked with me to make sure this issues were resolved. I'm very thankful for them. I have always taken my Nissan here and I will continue to take it here because they really do care about there customers

Very friendly and professional. They knew about a recent recall and was able to fix it along with completing the oil change I was originally there for. Oh and I made my appointment the day before and they were able to get me in before I needed to go out of town. I am a very happy customer! Highly recommend.

Justin, Dylan and Tony were great to work with. Although they did not have the truck with the options I was wanting, Dylan asked me to test drive a similar vehicle and while I was test driving he found me the truck with the options I was wanting at one of their sister dealerships, he quoted me a fair price which I accepted, he went and picked up the truck from the other dealership and in a short time I had the truck I was wanting. Great customer service on top of a pleasant buying experience all around.

Car in for diagnostic testing. This was performed and they did a multipoint inspection which revealed an issue that really needed addressed. Was able to get service performed at this time saving another visit. So thankful for their attention to detail

The staff was wonderful. They went above and beyond. From the moment I arrived Sean was a fantastic and very knowledgeable salesman. His knowledge and understanding of Nissan vehicles helped sale the Frontier. After I bought the vehicle he came out and helped explain all the buttons/ features and even helped me set up my phone with the vehicle. He was great from beginning to end. Tony helped finalize the deal for me. He was exceptional and knowledgeable at his job as well. He had a great personality and was very friendly. He took the time to explain things very well and offer us additional things/ packages. Overall everyone was fantastic. I don’t have a negative thing to say.
