My overall experience was fantastic. Brock was by far the best car salesman I have ever had. He went above and beyond answering my questions and making sure we felt comfortable in our decision. He as well as the other staff members at the Cleveland Tn dealership, made us feel welcome and they negotiated a fair price on both my trade in and car being purchased. They searched for the exact car we were looking for and ended up finding it approximately 150 miles away. Brock drove down and picked it up and brought our car back. I felt like my wife and I made some new friends on this journey. I highly recommend visiting them the next time you are in need of a sweet ride. You will not be disappointed.

The staff was wonderful. They went above and beyond. From the moment I arrived Sean was a fantastic and very knowledgeable salesman. His knowledge and understanding of Nissan vehicles helped sale the Frontier. After I bought the vehicle he came out and helped explain all the buttons/ features and even helped me set up my phone with the vehicle. He was great from beginning to end. Tony helped finalize the deal for me. He was exceptional and knowledgeable at his job as well. He had a great personality and was very friendly. He took the time to explain things very well and offer us additional things/ packages. Overall everyone was fantastic. I don’t have a negative thing to say. Robert did a fantastic job working on our case. We had previously taken our vehicle to Napa where they diagnosed and said solenoid b had failed and the whole transmission needed replaced. I decided to reach out to Robert and see if we could get a Nissan diagnostic and it ended up being the valve body instead and this repair has my wife's car running like new! Thanks so much for all y'all's help!

Unbelievable experience with the service department. I was traveling through towing a 5th wheel RV and my diesel truck broke down on the highway. I went with my 2005 Chevy to them for emergency help and the service department came to the rescue. Angel the service manager, who was our true angel, put me through to their outstanding diesel mechanic and before the end of the afternoon I was back on the road again. At a very very affordable price. My wife and I are so thankful for this dealership and all their service team from the service writers to the mechanic!!!!
