Just bought a preowned Mercedes GLC300 4 matic at this dealership. I can’t say enough about the service, treatment and ease of buying a car from them. Mason Whiteman was our sales rep and he was fantastic. I have been to several dealerships throughout MA and RI looking for a preowned car. This dealership offered me a great price, no haggling, and they went above and beyond by replacing all four tires after we agreed on a price. A real unexpected pleasure buying a car from them. I did my research and they met all my expectations. This is a 10 star dealership! Managers at this dealership were also wonderful, no hard sell on anything.

Today was another great experience with Alfa Romeo and with their experienced staff. I went in to test drive a car I had ordered and they were extremely helpful and also, unexpectedly, got me into the new car today too! I smiled all the way home and was very appreciative of all the work Connor did to give me a great experience!

Amazing experience with Ben! Beautiful showroom! Made me realize how low grade my previous experiences/purchases have been at other places. This place has half a million dollar cars and they still made time to work out a great deal for my Alpha Romeo. I only plan on doing future business with them.

Buying a car at Chambers in Wayland was such a pleasure. Mason, the rep for Alfa Romeo, is young and knowledgeable, exactly what the brand needs to grow. It is a very fair and respectful retail transaction. The dealer does not insult your intelligence on your trade nor do they play with the price of the vehicle. If you have your info together, you can drive away the same day. There was no pressure nor were there any hassles. I wish Mason the best of luck. Chambers is lucky to have him and he is fortunate to be working in what appears to be a great place.
