Overall GREAT vehicle purchase. Excellent customer service. Friendly staff made experience much easier compared to prior car purchases. Impressed with availability of department hours during the week (Sales, Service, and Parts). Purchase transaction performed in a timely manner. Better car selection and incentives (various locations for service, etc). Worth the 159 mile trip to purchase my new vehicle.

I went to Sheehy Toyota of Stafford to purchase a quality used car for my husband because our old Dodge Ram was becoming a money pit. We purchased a 2014 Mazda 3 to replace the Dodge and then Mr. Girma asked what year my Camry was. I told him it was a 2014 with 88K miles driven. My husband and I had driven it numerous times to Boston while our son was in school there. I had received several letters from Sheehy recommending me to bring my car in for a trade, but I didn't think I'd get a good deal because of the mileage. Boy, was I wrong! Girma and Mark Cowdin literally made me an offer I couldn't refuse. So now I'm driving a beautiful 2018 Camry and I couldn't be happier.
