Initially the vehicle I was going to buy required a claim through the transport company (scratch from transport) and I was not able to take it with myself, however, they had a higher trim available and had fast/curteous service. Car was fully cleaned and they even offered to top of the gas. Rick was my sales person and excellent to work with; Same goes with Mark (finance). Made it very simple and clean. Would def go there again for my next vehicle!

Great customer service! I was able to put a deposit down on the car I wanted. It wasn’t due in for a couple weeks, but someone else canceled their purchase of the same car, and I ended up with the exact car I wanted, THAT DAY! Frank even hooked my phone up to my new car. Plus…several free oil changes!!! Woo hoo! Thank you Smart KIA!! :)
