Had an absolute top-notch experience with Smart Kia and Frank B! I live on the West Coast and have been looking far and wide for my dream car. With the market being what it is, both inventory and pricing have been a struggle. Frank was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make my long-distance transaction a breeze! Initially the vehicle I was going to buy required a claim through the transport company (scratch from transport) and I was not able to take it with myself, however, they had a higher trim available and had fast/curteous service. Car was fully cleaned and they even offered to top of the gas. Rick was my sales person and excellent to work with; Same goes with Mark (finance). Made it very simple and clean. Would def go there again for my next vehicle!
