The most satisfying buying experience I’ve had in a long time. Professional staff from sales to business office. Joe Buchanan was a pleasure to work with. I quickly realized he was a long term experienced salesperson who was knowledgeable about his product. He provided good information and answers to all my questions and helped set up my Ford pass and Bluetooth. Gave a tour of the service center and even found a way to help my wife who has knee issues get in the truck. I was impressed.

Returned for recall repair. Left on Sunday and repair was done and I was notified Monday morning. Everything went very smoothly. Pickup was seamless. Everyone in Service Department was very polite.
