What a pleasant surprise dealing with Manny, he’s professional and knows his Jags. This was the first experience with the brand since I typically purchase Lexus or Mercedes. Manny was able to answer all of my questions and I felt the negotiation process was fair between him and Lawrence. Although I ultimately did not purchase a vehicle from him, I certainly won’t hesitate to in the future.
