Bought my first Lexus in 2012 from Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon. Service departments in Sharon and in Hingham have always been professional, courteous and excellent to work with. The staffs in both dealerships as well. I just traded that car for a new Lexus. Sales person I worked with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Made the process through the issues of the last year pretty easy to navigate. I’m very satisfied.

I had an appointment at 9:30 a.m. They took my car right away and were finished 15 minutes earlier than promised. The service man went over everything, and the cost was what rhey quoted me for my 20,000 mile service. The dealership is always spotless and is very comfortable if you're waiting for your car.
