This is my second BMW and by far the best experience I have ever had in any dealership. My previous experience at Norwood done even come close to the Herb with Kevin and Jano. I have never met a more honest and straight forward team than these guys. They tell it straight and genuinely have your best interests at heart. Let me say that again... no kidding these guys will have my business going forward without question. Jano was the reason I initially considered Herb with just one phone call I knew she was completely genuine and trustworthy. She found my perfect car in every way and Kevin is just the most down to earth professional you could wish to have. Whenever your thinking of getting a new BMW go give these guys a call you won't regret it.
