I have been buying and servicing my cars from this dealership for many years. Yesterday, when I brought my car in for service, I noticed that everyone was happy. They smiled, they were helpful, they made me feel good. When they realized that I needed a new inspection sticker and my registration had expired, they directed me to the person who sold me the car. Without blinking an eye he( Kevin B), went online and helped me renew my registrtation. It took more than 30 minutes! I drove home understanding why I keep going back.

Kevin has been so attentive to my needs and questions. He took a super good care of me, patiently elbowing through some paperwork issues of mine. I would strongly recommend him to anybody who is interested in purchasing or leasing BMW cars!

Explained in detail including video what service was presently needed and what service could be delayed until the next service date. The BMW service manager, Hank and my service advisor assigned to me were very helpful addressing my concerns. Recommend BMW without any reservations.
