This rating is for Matt Krappe and his service techs, not the sales department. Matt always takes care of me very well. He is fair and reasonable. I could not be more happy with the service I get from him. I travel quite a distance to have my car serviced at Herb Chambers Boston when there are two dealers closer to where I live.

For the past 55 years, I have only owned BMWs in a mini I only deal with Herb Chambers and Mark riven, and Kevin Bugbee. I have never ever had a bad experience with Herb Chambers, Mark or Kevin or my BMW. Duffy
