We recently purchased a certified 2013 Odyssey, and we're very thankful for the ease of each aspect of the process. I placed an inquiry about the vehicle through truecar.com and received a very quick and courteous response from Lisa Ann Murphy. They kindly accomodated my husband going to see the vehicle at 8:30 PM that evening; I then went to confirm the good fit the next morning. Paul Caltabiano served as our sales associate--his friendliness and no-pressure professionalism was much-appreciated. We also appreciated that we were given a fair value for our trade (something that was not the case at another dealership we visited). The paperwork was also made very easy and efficient. I had a great experience at Conicelli Honda.the salesperson, Ron Horne, was very friendly, he made sure I got the car that Iwas most interested in and that all the features fit My style & needs. He just worked non-stopand was determined to make sure I was a satisfied customer.being a girl, I know little about cars and purchasing cars but I felt like he made the whole experience more understandable and easy.I would definitely go back there next time I am purchasing a car.

Ron Horne made us feel like we were the most important people to him. This is the second time in 10 years that I have been to Conicelli and co-signed a loan for my daughters.
