Byers has twice now given me a fair price on my trade ins. Even now with the way the market is they still were able to meet the expected trade in price. They do not hassle you with the add-ons and overall they are just less agitating compared to other dealers in the area. They also followed Mazda’s new car purchase protocol and went over everything with me including the new to me Mazda Connect.

No pressure, no gimmick dealership. Every employee we dealt with was professional and able to intelligently answer any question we had. Our salesman, Michael O’Brien, was great to work with. He is very informed about Mazdas and answered all of our questions and didn’t pressure us at all. Everything was simplistic from the test drive to buying and signing paperwork. It was all streamlined without any fluff or pressure to buy additional stuff or something we were not interested in. I would highly recommend Byers Mazda
