I had quick express service but I can't seem to ever get the service center to notate the work in my maintenance manual, I always have to go back and ask :/ is this not a thing anymore?

I was very please with the entire process of purchasing a new car from Byers. I was particularly impressed with the salesman (Chad Braunbeck) in my first visit. His product knowledge about the features, upgrades, consumer reports and competitive pricing, was exceptional. My second visit, Chad was off. They all went out of there way to help me. They fixed the suv a lot faster then I thought it would take ,and the waiting room was very clean.

Not an issue for this visit but, I’m not a big fan of centralized scheduling. I like talking directly to a service writer as they can sometimes give some insight into service issues and estimated costs beforehand.
