This is my second review in about a months time. Currently waiting for them to finish the work on my car and hopefully I won't regret it. This trip with you guys has been better overall. I was seen in a timely manner. I was not ignored at all. The young dude came out and helped me as soon as I got there. Dustin was busy so the guy sitting in at the desk in front of the first entrance of the service center helped me out almost immediately. On the way home to wait for my car, there was a bit of an issue due to delivery but Dustin got me me squared away with a rental free of charge. Mr. Ken, the shuttle driver, is pretty great and was extremely friendly. If my car is returned fixed as it should, I will have nothing to complain about. I'd really love to keep using this dealership for my primary car maintenance and even some minor stuff though it may be a bit more expensive. Dustin has been the best and has gone out of his way to make me comfortable, though not needed, and he's been forward. As a military dude, all I want is civilians to do their job, do it to standard, and to cut the BS. Dustin's a straight shooter and the shuttle guys are always enjoyable to talk to.

Cris was pretty pleasant and knowledgeable when he helped us to decide between Toyota C-HR LE 2019 and Toyota Corolla LE 2019. He drove both car for us and presented safety features. He helped us to find differences, pros and cons for both cars and was pretty patient! We were thinking about cars an hour and he wasn't pushing us at all. Once we decided to go with C-HR - he was pretty fast with documents, hasn't pushed too much for additional accessories, insurances and coverage - we felt safe and comfortable. Looks like he is happy to do his job and he respects any of your decision.

Jacob Weigel (Assistant Service Manager) did an outstanding job getting my vehicle into the dealership for repair and advising me on my options. He showed a lot of experience in customer service and technical advisory. He made sure I had transportation to and from my home while my vehicle was in service and for pick-up with a shuttle car. My car was repaired and returned to me within one business day. I am very much pleased with the service provided here. Expect quality service and trustworthy advice from Jacob, he's great.

I actually enjoy taking my car in to be maintenance here. They are so nice, never feel pressured, and the free coffee while I wait doesn't hurt either. My son likes the play room and both my husband and I appreciated the free oil change for veterans day! You guys are awesome.

Rabar was on top of it! He stayed in contact and gave updates. Helped guide me through the stressful process of getting a new vehicle. His friendly demeanor and positive attitude helped alleviate my stress. I did not have to wait long for a new RAV4 hybrid because he called and messaged as soon as the allocated ones became available.
