When Sean noticed us in the lot looking at the Outbacks, he approached us in a very personable way to greet us and welcome us to Subaru. He explained features, answered our questions, offered a test drive, and all interactions with Sean were stress-free for us. Sean kept in touch every few days to keep us updated on ETA of the car we wanted. We appreciated how patient Sean was in making sure we were happy in all aspects during the process of purchasing the Outback. Sean spent a lot of time with us reviewing features on our newly purchased Outback, and he always reminded us that he would be available to assist us if we needed more explanations on features of the Outback. The kids area kept my little ones occupied during the whole process and they even let us order Uber eats to the dealership so we could knock out lunch without loosing our place in line with the finance team.

I’m active duty in the military and I work almost everyday of the week so I am usually pretty busy. I emailed Kevin Gribble and he was able to completely set up my vehicle and all I had to do was come in, sign some paper, and I was out the door with my perfect new car.
