Excellently delivered product without hassle. From beginning to finish, it was a ride without bumps. No stops or detours from what I wanted. The family friendly environment made purchasing my Acura a day to rejoice for years to come. Austin was by my side, answering inquiries, and offering companionship. It would be impossible to go wrong at Gettel Acura.

Roger is excellent however, the dealership seemed to be short staffed. What should have been 1 1/2 hour service time was 3 1/2 hours (from a 1:30 pm appointment to 5 pm). If appts take that long I should have been provided with a loaner instead of waiting at dealership.

I was told that the butler service would take approx 90 minutes. Unfortunately my car was not ready for an additional 45 minutes which caused me to get stuck in terrible traffic and made me late to pick up my dogs at the groomer. Had I been told the correct amount of time it would actually take for this service I would have rescheduled my appointment!

Madison Quinn my advisor was very courteous and explained everything about my service. She also told me about the sitting area and told me about the snacks and drinks that were complementary. She has the best personality and an asset to your service department.
