Ed in service is why we come back! He's always got a good attitude and does his best to help us with whatever car concern we have. I have had an excellent experience with salesperson Toni Blair. I would highly recommend you give her a call if you are in the market for a car. Toni has worked with me for a few months searching for a car. She is quick to respond, has all the answers and doesn't play any games you might be used to at other dealerships. Toyota's are high in demand and as our needs changed she was flexible and provided alternative options. She looks after you as a client, I would 100% work with her again in the future, thank you.

Shout out to service manager Sherry Nichols, who adeptly diagnosed the source of my Check Engine light before the OBD2 code reader even finished its scan. She then charged me $0 for a mechanic to do a quick inspection of another issue. Her fast, friendly, five-star service got my Monday morning off to a pleasant start. I highly recommend Toyota of Renton service department. Be sure to ask for the outstanding Sherry Nichols, if she's available.`

I would recommend both the dealer Toyota of Renton and Thanh to anyone considering a new or used car purchase. If you call the dealer, I suggest you ask to speak to Thanh.

I live in eastern Washington, and I drove to Renton to test drive a 2023 Venza. I was helped by Toni Blair, and she was awesome to work with! There was absolutely no pressure at all, and when I was ready to leave that day she didn't use any sales tactics to try to get me to stay, etc. She understood I had driven quite a distance just to look at a car, and I told her while I was in Renton I wanted to look at a couple of other dealerships there. She totally understood and was so pleasant. A few days later I called her, and we started the process of getting down to exact numbers. The entire thing was handled over the phone with calls and texts. We agreed on all the terms, including my trade in value, and we set a time for me to drive back over to pick up the car. When I got there to finalize all the paperwork, the entire process was so smooth. There was no other haggling; none of the numbers had changed from what we agreed on over the phone - it was awesome!! Toni was so great to work with - she explained everything on the vehicle - she was patient when I had questions, etc. I would recommend this dealership absolutely - even if it means driving from out of town. It is worth every penny to go there!! Toni will treat you fairly and won't play any games with the numbers, etc. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would - you can trust her. You won't be disappointed if you do business with her.
