I had to reschedule my appointment for the recall of my F-150 when I did there was no problem with rescheduling it. I arrived early to my 9:45 a.m. appointment. A gentleman came out quickly and I don't remember his name. I told him I was here for the recall and that I wanted my free oil change and tire rotation. He asked if I had the locking mechanism for my tires I said I never seen it I purchased the tires and rims from Larry H Miller he then said to me not to worry that he'll get the tires rotated. He looked all over the truck inside and out for that tool for the tires that I never received. They called me just before 5 to come down and pick up the vehicle. Recall was complete oil change was complete and tire rotation was complete he gave me the tool for the rims in case I got a flat tire and told me he would call me when the new tool came in and I could come by and pick it up I appreciate the work he did and the work that Larry H Miller completed thank you so much.

I actually had a surprisingly great experience buying a truck here! I expected the usual high pressure sales presence that dealers are known for but found the whole gang was actually very cool; casual, conversational; less like "salesmen" and more like a bunch of car enthusiasts. At no point was anyone pushy, they were actually very accommodating, bending over backward to make sure I had everything I needed (including a laundry list of fixes). A++

The process of buying a preowned can be stressful, difficult, and aggravating. Our Guest Services Associate (and that is the correct title - no pushy salespeople here) was more than accomadating and patient. We didn't really know what we wanted but with his assistance we were able to get a vehicle that matched everything on our check list. The back office, working with the finance department- same great customer care. We received a comprehensive education on every aspect of our new purchase.

BERGE FORD IS A GREAT DEALERSHIP. I Have purchased 4 vehicles from Berge Ford and I appreciate their highest level of integrity in both the sales department and the service department. With this new truck purchase I worked with Austin Frazier. I live in Tucson so I called the dealership for pricing and vehicle availability and was connected with Austin. Austin’s approach was straight up. He checked inventory and gave me price ranges I was looking for. It was an easy painless purchase. I also brought in my 2011 F 150 in for service while working on the new purchase and yes I purchased my 2011 F 150 from Berge Ford. I worked with Aaron in service and he was great. There were service issues since the 2011 has 105000 miles on it and Aaron went through checks and let me know what need to be attended to now.
