We had Bill as our sales rep. He was awesome, we were not certain what type of vehicle we wanted, he was patient and walked us thru the lot describing the models. When we made our decision. he guided us thru the process everyone we came in contact with were friendly and courteous. would definitely come back for our next purchase

My new 2016 Kia Sorrento is the third Kia product I have leased from Mentor Kia. I've never had a bad experience. The sales staff and service staff have always been outstanding. My sales representative Dee Shirkey is the ultimate professional. She is very knowledgeable of the products and the features that Kia has to offer. She went above and beyond to provide me with a beautiful new car, and a manageable monthly payment. I mentioned to Dee that my son had been unemployed for the past year and recently started a new job that he loves. Unfortunately he is driving an unreliable and unsafe vehicle. That night my son called me to tell me he couldn't get his car started. I referred him to Dee, and with the combined efforts of Dee and all of the sales staff at Mentor Kia my son was able to drive home a brand new Kia Soul. We left the dealership together each of us with brand new cars. My husband & I heading east, and my son heading west to drive his new car to work, free of any worries about what would break next.

They changed my oil and did a few more things that they found needed done. The person I dealt with was very nice and personable. I waited almost three hours, though, and wished someone told me it was going to be so much longer so I could have run errands while the work was being done. Otherwise, it was a very nice experience like all others I've had dealing with Mentor Kia.

The main reason for the visit was to have our Kia Forte Koup detailed. They did a great job. A true detail job will include the engine. Yep... they did the engine!! Nice Job! We also had the oil changed and a recall on the valve stems taken care of.

Ask for Sam, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. I was looking for a pre ownerd vehicle on the lot. I was looking for a newer car with low mileage and in my price range. I was placed in THE PERFECT CAR!!!!! Sam really set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I walked into Kia of Mentor Sam was upfront and honest, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless. Sam was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests.
