I’m on my third Mini from Herb Chambers and the one main reason for repeats is the great service dept. Mark is exceptional! He greets every customer by their first name and makes you feel as if your car is the only one in service bay no matter how busy they are. It really is rather unusual to have such faith in a service department these days.But thanks to Mark I do! I really don’t think I would be a repeat customer if it weren’t for that fact.

The best service ever!! Mark is the most patient person, he explains everything to me and is very helpful. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable and they even found me an office so I could have a confidential meeting for work.
