Eric Robbins the salesman and his finance man Eric Molin were easy to deal with. No excessive back and forth, pretty straight up car deal. Everything they promised came through on the paper work as agreed. Generally buying a car is a miserable experience, at least in the past, this dealership renewed my faith in the process. And I got a Toyota Tundra to boot! Very, very satisfied with every aspect of the operation. One final note, after the deal was done, Eric Robbins took me out to the car and explained every feature. I was familiar with most of it, as I am a longtime Toyota driver, but he knew how everything worked. He didn't have to touch the buttons or switches on the fly to figure out anything. Pretty certain he could do this with any model on the lot. Impressive.

Jerry was so helpful in every area. He took time to explain the answers to all my questions - he made sure he was availabe at all times when I needed to contact him. He went the extra miles to be sure this deal got closed even when I was so nervous of giving up my truck to get the Prius V5 that I almost came back to reclaim the turck instead of the Prius, he took away the jitters I had. He is a keeper for this dealership and Toyota!! He deserves a medal in patience. Matt was nice enough to come to me to explain one area that needed help. And John did a good job in getting me to buy a plan for so -called extended warrently. so-called as it covers already existing stuff for the first three years( although I am not really sure it is necessary) He has an excellant personality Eric has a terrific personality too - when I almost walked out as the price was too high , he went the extra mile with Jerry to get the deal through. "Bend over backwards" Jim Laverty was great helping us find the perfect car at a great price. All staff was very helpful including finance. John Muir took great care explaining all the finance options and actually got us a cheaper interest rate than my credit union.
