I had a very specific car in mind. I visited Nashville and was told the car was not available and received high pressure to settle for something different. When I went to Wyatt Johnson they went right to work to get me in the car I wanted. Even if it meant waiting and not buying from their lot. I appreciate their hard work. My sister and I visited Wyatt Johnson Toyota today and I bought a 2017 Camry. It was the best experience either one of us has ever had buying a new car. Chris the sales manager was absolutely the nicest guy and a pleasure to do business with. Jesus Espinosa was the sales guy and he was fantastic. Jesus spent a lot of time with me and my sister. Every person at this dealership was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and truly seemed to enjoy their job. Thumbs up to Gina Lee, great personality and she loves her job. My husband and I were referred to Wyatt Johnson by a friend. Our current vehicle had seen its final days, and the stress of going to a dealership to find a car was our only option. I am so glad we went to Wyatt Johnson. Danny McCann was our sales guy, and he made the process so much easier. We looked at several different vehicles that weren't the right fit for us budget wise. I recently bought my second car from here, a 2007 4Runner. The process was extremely easy and painless, thanks to Benny and Jeff. Benny informed me about everything having to do with the vehicle, including the things that needed attention as far as service to the vehicle, BEFORE i bought it, so I knew up front what I would have to put into it if I were to purchase it. There were no tricks and no surprises when it came to the 4runner, which is always wonderful when buying a used car.
