I went to Montgomery Chevrolet today with a car already in mind. Andrea Shannon came and met me and I test drove the car I wanted. She was so kind and not pushy at all! When we got back to the lot, she was super helpful in helping me work with the “numbers guys” to find something that would work for me and my budget. Every single person I met and spoke with from the time I walked in the door until the time I left was super friendly, helpful and pleasant. I would definitely do business here again. If you’re in the market for a newer vehicle, go see Andrea. She does not disappoint!!! I drove away in the car I came to get and the whole process was pretty easy and stress free. I had such a good experience with my last 2 purchases from Montgomery Chevrolet with Bill Miller and Will Montgomery, that there was no question of where I would go on my recent quest for another new car. Rob Cannon took care of me this trip to the dealership and he was awesome! He was knowledgeable and very patient with me, explaining different features and helping me to reason out which car would best suit my needs AND my budget. He listened to all of my concerns and gave me all the options that ultimately put those concerns to rest. Rob's kindness really stood out and he is someone I would not hesitate to send friends and family to. I want to add that I know it's their job to sell cars, but they make you feel like a member of the family at Montgomery Chevrolet. This was true from the initial contact with Brittany, the decision process with Rob, and the financing/sale with Dave Glotzbach. This is truly no hassle/ no pressure sales. WOW, What a GREAT experience in buying a new car. I would HIGHLEY recommend to any one to come to you first. We never expected to get a deal as great as we did, and buying a 2018 Chevy Cruze Hatchback Red line edition. Mr Othello Bell was a GREAT sales person and SO easy to work with. We are still amazed at how easy it was to purchase a new car hassle free. The terms was even better than what we expected. This is the second used car I've bought at Montgomery Chevrolet in the last 18 months - nothing wrong with the first one - we loved it so much that when we needed another we went back. My salesperson, John Richards was especially helpful and the office staff was efficient with their paperwork. My sister recommended them initially (she has known them for years) and her recommendation was correct. I hope I won't need another vehicle in the near future, but if I do I will check here first.
