From the salesman (Shane) to the finance guy (Jeff) to management (Tyler) and the guys in the shop, my entire experience was incredible. I walked in thinking that purchasing a vehicle was going to be too expensive, until I was made an offer I couldn't refuse. From there, the folks made my shopping experience as rewarding as possible and helped me pick the exact features I wanted--nothing more, nothing less, like some other places. Huge recommendation for Shane Cunningham, who never strongarmed me and who was able to answer all of my questions, even the dumb ones. As I did research and texted my inquiries to Shane--even while he was on vacation--and he had an answer for everything. Tyler oversaw all of my personal requests and never made me feel like I was a bother. And Jeff even made me laugh as I handed over my check at the time of purchase. My car was ordered and delivered inside of 24 hours, and the service department very quickly added my customizations. The bottom line is that from pricing, quality and service of the employees, I've never seen a dealership more willing to work with its customers. Cars today are, for the most part, manufactured the same, but the quality of service separates Conicelli from the rest by a huge margin. This dealership deserves the highest possible recommendation.

Maria and Melissa went above and beyond for me. Even with my credit issues I was able to drive out with what I wanted and more. I love my 2017 Camry. I cried because for the first time I have a car solely in my name and it's brand spanking new. I love it. I would recommend anyone please see Maria for your vehicle needs. The service in Toyota is top notch. All the staff was so friendly to my children and always accommodating. Thank you.
