I was searching for a Lincoln MKZ. Gettel Mitsubishi had a 2009 listed on their wholesale site. I live near Charleston, SC. The good people at Gettel Mitsubishi allowed me to send a credit card payment to hold the car. It was such a good deal I rented a car to drive 500 miles to get it. It was even better in person than I expected. The sales people made the transaction so easy and painless. They called later to see if I was satisfied and if everything with the car was good. I have no complaints what-so-ever. All my friends are shocked at the great deal I got. Certainly a 5 star experience.

I recently bought a used Mitsubishi Outlander here and I was very happy with both my car and the service. I worked with Dennis Peters on making sure I was getting the best possible deal for myself, and he was very patient, working with me to get the rate I had set out for after having my previous vehicle for over a decade. I also worked with Chris Keith in selecting the coverage program that worked best for me. He was very clear in his explanations and remained both attentive and positive for the entire duration of the sale. He also helped me understand the smaller details of my coverage so I was sure of where I could get my car worked on (as I live a bit away from Gettel). Overall, I was satisfied that my (high) standards were met payment wise and felt well-received by all the staff involved, and am enjoying my new (to me) car.
