Seamless operation. I live 3 hours away, deal was made prior to the trip and once i arrived everything was as promised, great pricing. We purchased a used 2009 Honda Pilot about 3 weeks ago. Chris Ditmeyer and I emailed several times until we could reach a date to view the vehicle. I work nights and he was very respectful not to call during the day while I was asleep. Any questions he had he emailed and waited until I could contact him. The day we arrived at Bommaritos, the vehicle was parked right outside their doors. It was a busy Saturday morning, but Chris tended to us promptly. After working with a couple of other sales people at different dealerships, our experience with Chris definitely exceeded our expectations. After the first car I test drove wasn't the perfect fit for me, we weren't pressured at all to try something else that I didn't want. (This happened elsewhere.) About a week later I found the perfect car for me, again at Bommarito, and reached out to Chris pretty late on Friday night. Chris texted right back, confirmed the car was still available, and checked it out / drove it for me the next day to make sure it would meet my expectations before I made the long drive to the dealership. Chris definitely went above and beyond, and we're super pleased to have purchased a car from him.
