My experience at Herb Chamber's MINI in Boston was a great one. Sam my sales representative was very knowledgeable and made the car buying experience enjoyable and fun. He was very respectful and helped make my kids and I feel comfortable and relaxed. My experience with Moustafa in the finance department was just as positive. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. My pre-owned MINI Countryman is awesome and I am happy with my purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car buying experience.
