The car had a transmission problem that Ken took great care to correct and make me feel like everything possible was being done to lessen any inconvenience. Had me use a nice loaner car in the mean time which given my schedule was greatly appreciated.

The service department (especially Ken) have always gone the extra mile to help fit my requests into their schedule and anticipate my needs. Ken sells the Byers dealership.
